You mean Cinderella, Cinderella's Prince, Baker, and Baker's wife all bowed together? Then the Witch has her own? I would think to split those last couple groups up some more!

I've seen Milky White listed in bows a few times. Do people really put a person in a cow costume? Ive always seen it with a fake cow, and a bad fake cow at that. It seems funnier that way.

yeah...i was in the cinderella/baker/spouses group...and i hated it...we obviously had a short enough curtain call to split that up...

milky-white was a person in a costume.

I always have a tough time making this curtain call, usually cause I'm not sure where to place Cindy's Prince...with Cindy or with Rapunzel and her prince.

1. Sleeping Beauty and Snow White
2. Father, Lucinda, Steward, Florinda, Stepmother
3. Granny, Wolf, Jack's Mother
4. Rapunzel's Prince, Rapunzel, Cinderella's Prince
5. Little Red, Jack, Cinderella (each would get an individual bow)
6. Baker's Wife
7. Baker
8. Witch

This bow seems fair to me...what do you think?

I think that it should rather be
Sleeping Beauty and Snow White
Father, Steward and Granny
Lucinda and Florinda
Stepmother and Wolf
Jack's Mother
Rapunzel and R's Prince
C's Prince
Jack and Little Red(either together or seperate)
Cinderella
Baker's Wife and Baker(see JAck and Red)
Witch

I like that a lot better. And if C's Prince plays the wolf as well, then you can just stick Stepmother with Florinda and Lucinda.

And with Jack/LRRH and Baker/BW I'd have them come out together and just get separate bows.

I like yours, ConverseSneaker. The only change I would mayve do instead if I were directing it would be to put the Stepmother with the Step-sisters, and then Jack's Mother with the Wolf. Either way works though.
Also, I think the placing of Rapunzel could change depending on if the production does 'Our Little World' because without that song, Rapunzels solo singing is virtually cut in half.

I hate how Snow White & Sleeping Beauty don't get a bow on the DVD. What a crappy job for them.

We did the Jr. version and our bows went like this: (or something close to this it was over a year ago.):
Sleeping Beauty/Steward & Snow White/Cinderella's Mother
Lucinda & Florinda
Jack's Mother & Granny & Rapunzel
Stepmother & Mysterious Man/Cinderella's Father
Narrators
Cinderella's Prince/Wolf & Rapunzel's Prince
Little Red & Jack & Milky White
Baker's Wife & Baker
Cinderella & Witch

^Sleeping Beauty and Snow White wouldn't be in the Junior version, it cuts out all of act 2. And you have more than one narrator? Cinderella and the Witch bowing together? :-s

Yeah, at the end when the princes are shaking hands we had it so they saw the other girls (sort of out of nowhere) and poor me and Rapunzel were left out to dry.
We double casted Little Red, and the director didn't want our left out Little Red with nothing to do, so she gave her a few of the narrators lines.
I don't have an explanation for Cinderella and the Witch bowing together, though. Maybe it was because we had bowed together in the previous show and she liked the way it looked?
This was the worst show with that particular theatre I've ever done, though. The audience looked sort of dazed.

When I was in the Jr. version, all I remember is that I bowed second with Florinda and the stepmother. (I was Lucinda.) Well, that and the Baker and his wife bowed together, and the Witch bowed alone and last.

I just saw a production of this show the other night, and curtain call went like this:

Chrous
Snow White, Sleeping Beauty, Cinderella's Mother
Lucinda, Florinda, Stepmother, Cinderella's Father
Milky White
Jack's Mother
Granny/Giant, Steward
Wolf, Rapunzel (no "Our Little World")*
Cinderella's Prince, Rapunzel's Prince*
Narrator, Mysterious Man
Baker's Wife**
Witch**
Jack, Little Red Riding Hood
Baker, Cinderella

*, ** May have been switched, I can't remember.

It seemed fine until Granny/Giant and Steward went before Jack's Mother.

Everything from BW onwards is just "WTF" material.

We just blocked the bows yesrerday, so I'll try to remember...

Trees (Yes, we have dancing trees. Almost as cool as my LSofH's dancing plant)
Steward and Jesters (another addition; quite funny)
Granny
Cinderella's Mother
Stepmother, Florinda, Lucinda, Father
Rapunzel and Prince (also the Wolf; has seperate bow with mask)
Jack's Mother
Cinderella's Prince
Jack and Milky White (she does a bit of dancing and other funny things)
Little Red
Cinderella
Baker and Baker's Wife
Witch (Me!)

Oh, and we all begin our bows in character, doing a signature pose; Jesters crash into Steward, Jack and Milky White hug, Cinderella's Prince combs his hair and walks into place sideways, and when I enter, everyone cringes and I cast a spell on the audience, before bowing and leading the applause to the sound booth and orchestra, then a company bow before we all dance offstage.

This thread is greatly frustrating me right now, because almost all of you have Rapunzel placed at least somewhere in the middle.
But we learned our curtain call today, and guess where I am:

Wood Sprites (chorus)
Snow White, Sleeping Beauty
Cinderella's Mother, Granny, Jack's Mother, Rapunzel(all lumped together in a chorus-like bow. no seperate bows.)
Lucinda, Florinda, Stepmother, Cinderella's Father, Steward (same, all together)
Wolf
Princes
Little Red
Jack
Cinderella
Baker & Baker's Wife
Narator/ Mysterious Man
Witch

....
:(
this does not make me happy. I would think that Jack's Mother and I would at least be after the Royal Family, if not the Wolf too....I'm trying to come with a way to ask my director about this without sounding diva-like. If I don't, I feel like being a diva anyways because I have put too much into this show to virtually be treated as one-step above the lame wood-nymphs that we added in.
