Post Curtain Call
I'm just wondering what the normal curtain call order is for this show...

We are doing it at my school this summer and am just not really sure what to expect. I'm playing the Baker's Wife. Ahh! I'm so excited!!

The one I saw she was third last, followed by Baker and then the Witch. Milky white got the final bow, after the orchestra and the stage crew.

We did it the same as the DVD, but altered slightly because except for the Narrator/MM, we didn't double any roles

First the trees(we had four kids left over when the casting was done and we aren't allowed to cut)
Snow White and Sleeping Beauty
Cinderella's Mother and the Giant
Milky White
Granny and the Wolf
Stepsisters and the Steward
Cinderella's FAther and Stepmother
Rapunzel and her Prince
Jack's Mother
Jack
Little Red Riding Hood
Cinderella's Prince
Narrator/MM
Cinderella
Baker's Wife
Baker
Witch

I think that is right anyways.

I think on the DVD Rapunzel bowed by herself, and the Princes came out together. It makes more sense to have Cinderella's Prince come out by himself though since his part is larger.

Correction; on the DVD, Granny/Cindy's Mother/Giant, Rapunzel, and Rapunzel's Prince bow together. Cindy's Prince/Wolf bows by himself. :D

Brian is right. Granny took her bow with Rapunzel and her Prince because with the addition of Cindy's Mother-in-the-tree and the Giantess, her role is equal.

By the sounds of it though, it seems like the tech crew and the orchestra actually got to bow. :? I've heard of the tech crew bowing, which is tacky enough, but having the orchestra bow is just weird. Unless they're onstage for some reason.

The Witch gestured to the orchestra pit, and the conductor waved. The Techs were on the control box ledge above and behind the audience. The same happened with CATS with the same theatre company. The musicians and the tech crew work just as had as the cast.
