Post Searching for my Holy Grail
Hello! I have been searching for a certain production of Dreamcoat on and off for years. I remember being enamored with the album as a child. None of my siblings remember it (grr). I am hoping that maybe someone on this forum can help me out. Let me tell you what I know:

-It must have been produced in the 1970's.
-It did not include:
One More Angle in Heaven
Benjamin Calypso
(there may have been other songs that it did not include)

-The singers had a british accent
-It was somewhat similar to the 1973 London Studio Production

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

That must have been the very first recording of the show, with David Daltrey (Roger Daltrey's cousin) as Joseph. I don't know were to get it, but I've heard of it.

Yes that's a real possibility, although I don't remember the album cover looking like that. Thanks Vanessa!

There is one other version it could be. The 1972 London cast. The album cover was basically a denim jacket with load of badges all over it.
