Post London Stage Door
Sorry if this has already been dealt with but I can't see anthing....

I'm going to see Spamalot in London in April and was wondering if anybody has experience of the stage door there. Where is it? Which actors are happy to stop?

Thanks in advance!

Hurray, a fellow stage-doorer!

I don't know about the new folks (Simon Russell Beale and Graham McDuff) but Hannah Waddingham and Tom Goodman-Hill are always happy to stop. Robert Hands has always seemed a little "off" to me, but other people have found him alright.

I've never managed to catch the others, because I find it difficult recognising them!

Have fun!

I thought I should probably follow this up...a whole month later but never mind.

I managed to meet 4 cast members, who were all happy to stop, and friendy: Simon Russell-Beale, Hannah Waddingham, Craige Els (who was on in place of Tom Goodman-Hill) and Graham McDuff.

Hannah was especially nice, it took her half an hour to come out but she was lovely and actually approached us and said 'hi'. She posed for a photo and when my pen stopped working she went into stage door to find another for me!

Well worth the trip!

I'm glad to hear you had a good stage door experience! I'm sure Craig Els is a great Lancelot, but you missed out not seeing Tom. Not that I'm biased or anything... (::coughtomrockscough::)

I saw the piccie of you and Hannah on myspace. Very nice! How fab that you've met Earl Carpenter too!

I still haven't recovered from finally meeting Earl!
Well we want to see it again so if Toms there later this year we might get to see him! He does seem very popular!
