Post Scene numbering in Act I
I just got the official Wicked 2011 calendar for Christmas, and on each month's page it has a quote from the musical along with the act and scene in which it appears. Since the scene numbers aren't listed in the program, I've had to try to count them and make my own guesses about the numbering. For the first act, my guess at the numbering is as follows:

Scene 1: No One Mourns the Wicked
Scene 2: Shiz University/The Wizard and I
Scene 3: What Is This Feeling
Scene 4: History Classroom/Something Bad
Scene 5: Fiyero's Entrance/Dancing Through Life
Scene 6: Ozdust Ballroom
Scene 7: Dormitory/Popular
Scene 8: History Classroom/Lion Cub
Scene 9: Under the Bridge/I'm Not That Girl/Morrible's Invitation
Scene 10: Train Station
Scene 11: Emerald City/One Short Day
Scene 12: Wizard's Palace/Sentimental Man
Scene 13: Tower/Defying Gravity

All of this matches what the calendar has up through "Popular," but the next page gives "One Short Day" as Scene 12, and the following page gives "Defying Gravity" as Scene 14. Clearly I'm missing a scene somewhere between "Popular" and "One Short Day," but I have no idea what it is (and I just saw the show two days ago, so I don't think this one can be chalked up to faulty memory). Are these numbers a mistake in the calendar, or am I really missing something here?

BTW, please don't give me the numbering from Winnie Holzman's original libretto (the one that gives 17 scenes in Act I), as it uses a very unconventional definition of "scene" and clearly doesn't match the way the scenes are numbered in the calendar.

Unless they count Morrible's Invitation as a seperate scene (I wouldn't)
I'm as stuck as you.

Isn't there technically a separate mini-scene after the Ozdust Ballroom? ("Look, it's tomorrow" is something like the line that makes note of it.)

That'll be "Dormitory" I think. :)
