^ I think as a general rule of thumb, most imitation of American accents is done for the sake of ridicule. Not that we look down on you or anything...we just don't register you as human.

As for your TV ads, I've always noticed them to have more instances of humorously corny or heavy-handed ways of convincing one to buy the product, support the cause etc. I've also noticed your programming seems to feature a lot of breaks.

I've always wondered what they thought of us. But not all Americans are like that.

You Know You're Obssessed With Wicked When...

-you find an ad that has nothing to do with Wicked and it says "defy gravity" and you get all excited (I didn't get excited, but I saw three different ads that said the same thing) :)

-you have an intense debate with one of your non-Wwicked friends that it's the best musical ever and Idina is really a genius on the stage, and when you couldn't convince him/her, you run away in tears, hiding in a convienient nearby closet that appeared out of nowhere in a magical bubble that came out of the sky in a tornado

You know you're obsessed with Wicked when...

-You always say 'I want to try Defying Gravity' and your friends think you mean it.

-You make your dad read the book

-If you ever get to have a TINY chance at going to NYC, you scream 'I WANT TO SEE WICKED!!!!!!!

-You drool over the Grimmire (? about spelling) at Barnes and Noble

-You talk to your friends about buying a tub of the make up that makes Elphaba green on the Internet

I am guilty of all xD

Everyone has their issues, don't worry about yours that much, it's just on forums that I worry about my spelling :) lol

Whilst it is good to know that you are mindful of your typing, surely you ought to be more concerned about spelling and grammar in important areas such as school than on a forum?
