Post Best seats in the house??
Hey ppl. I'm planning to go see it sometime soon, Do you know where the best seat is in the theater???

I know usually it's front mezz... but i dont know if off to the right or the left is best..

If we're talking about the Gershwin, I've sat rear orchestra and mid-mezz. I enjoyed rear orchestra more, I'd have to say. By imagining it though, I expect front mezz would be a great seat. When I did mid-mezz I was on the left and had a good time, so the left definitely isn't bad. Can't testify to the right.

I always prefer Orchestra (Stalls), Centre. About 5-10 rows from the front.

I think it's about preference. If it's your first time seeing the show and you want to see the "whole picture", then probably Mezz (Dress Circle), Centre, first 3 rows is best. However, I prefer to be more upclose and intimate, and be able to see the actors faces well.
