:? Really? It's funny and everything... but to think that Avenue Q could be considered the best musical to come out of the last ten years baffles me.

Which do you think should be considered the best?

Out of my lack of knowledge on New Broadway musicals, I would consider Avenue Q to be the best out of the one I know, but then again I don't know too many.

I also have a lack of knowledge about new Broadway musicals, and I believe Avenue Q is very good, but the best of this Decade? I'm not sure.

edit: After looking at what's nominated aswell, I doubt it is the best. But I still love it.

What about The Drowsy Chaperone? That was a good show!
How about The Light in the Piazza? That was a really good show!

Yes, I agree on "The Light In the Piazza", but I've never seen "Drowsy Chaperone", so I have little to say about it. Come to think of it, I wonder why "The Light In the Piazza" wasn't nominated.

My vote would be "Grey Gardens" hands down.

Ave Q would be on the top 5 however, along with Dirty Rotten Scoundrels,The Producers, Amour and Passing Strange.

The London version of the show changed the line to 'Swine Flu is only for now'. :)
