Post Help with low notes?
So I'm having a lot of difficulty with producing strong low notes. I'm a soprano and my range can comfortably go up to an E6, after warming up a lot, a G6. However, my chest voice is pretty weak since I'm used to using an operatic or classical head voice. On a good day, I can go down to a G3, but it's pretty quiet.
I have an audition for Aida coming up and I can belt the higher notes fine, but the role I'm interested in (Amneris) goes down to an E3!

Any tips/advice?
Thanks! :)

You have suffered enough and warred with yourself, it's time that you won.

Drink a mouth full of white wine and keep it in your mouth for a whole minute without swallowing.
