Hey guys! So at the end of this month my school will be having auditions for Peter Pan the play NOT the musical, but I wanted some tips for nailing all the characters in the show especially Peter. What could I do to tap into the kid, and how would I have to act for him and should I speak in a higher tone of voice etc ?? Please and Thank You!

The best tip I have for tapping into the minds of the characters is do your research. If you can get your hands on the script, read it, study it. If you have the time, you might want to even read the novel. Look at the musical too- it's not the version you're doing, but it can still give you insight. Researching the characters and knowing the characters will help you embody them.

I don't think you should make your voice higher, but that might be something you should check with the director.
