Post How the heck do I get an orchestrator?
Looking ahead for the musical I'm writing, I've realised its a bit too much of a burden for me to do all the lyrics and orchestration by myself as well as the book and music. It'll take ages to finish if I do it all myself. Not to mention I've never done orchestration before and I'm not entirely satisfied with all the lyrics I've written; and rewriting them is another big task. Getting a lyricist won't be too hard, but orchestration is hardly a skill a fellow classmate will have. Google has been no help, and the only musical theater orchestrator I can name is Doug Besterman, who lives on the other side of the world in America. I live in England.

What are you like with more orchestral stuff? The music is kind of Alan Menken Disney inspired/Modern broadway. I've made a work in progress of one of the songs in Sibelius: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nIWVRoxLhME

But there'll also be broadway-esque ballads, kind of like : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xQ4LpoXI-_I (minus the sparkly keyboard), and grand epic songs, and dark songs (one of which is the 'villain song' of the show) and even a couple of spanish-esque songs.
