Post How Thoroughly Modern Millie Impacted Musical Theater
Hi, I'm new to the forum.

I'm doing a project for my musical theater class, where I have to do a presentation on a musical. I'm doing Thoroughly Modern Millie. For my project, I have to mention how my musical changed musical theater. I'm having a tough time finding information on this! So, I've decided to ask on this forum.
How did Thoroughly Modern Millie change musical theater?
In what ways was it revolutionary?
What kind of impact did it have nationally or internationally?
How does it reflect historic influences of the time it takes place or was written?

Please help!!!
Thanks!

If anyone has any ideas at all, it would be greatly appreciated! Please help!
I'm going to continue doing research on my own, but I'm having a rough time with it. Any hint at all would be great. Thanks!

How did it go in the end?

Maybe this is to do with the musical's dark underone of human trafficking?
