Post Advice on how to write to actors
Hello. I would like to write to some actors in Broadway but I have never done it before, so I would like your advice on what things you typically do.

Obviously I can write lots of things to actors which I have seen, but what do you normally do if you like and actor but have never seen them in a show? Do you make up the info or do you just tell them?

I've heard of people that get signed playbills. Who do you have to write to to do that? Is it ok to ask an actor to get you a signed playbill? (I figure they are probably too busy to get everyone to sign)

Also, how big of a letter do you send 8x12 or something smaller?

Any advice is appreciated.
