Same :)
Or when half your songs are listed under the artist 'Company' and just have to pick one and hope it's from the musical you want to listen to.

Haha, I've got several hundred songs whose artist is just listed as 'Original Broadway Cast'...

- When you've never had a German lesson in your life, but have a German vocabualary of about 50 random words, such as 'Wizard', 'popular', 'university' and 'witches' :P

That must suck.
I've developed an organizational method for my iPod.
Example: If I want to listen to "Sorry-Grateful" from the original Broadway cast of Company, I look for the artist "OBC: Company."
So my problem is there are far too many OBC:[show], NBC:[show], and OLC:[show]'s on my iPod! Haha.

Yeah, mine's organized in a similar way.... and it seems to solve both of your problems :P :

For example,
Aladdin, a Musical Spectacular - 2003 California Cast
Annie - 1999 Television Cast
Avenue Q - 2003 Broadway Cast
etc.

- When the best way to attract the attention of your friends is with the overture to Les Mis rather than calling their name.

- when you spend far too much time watching Glee, on MdN and watching the Tony's when everyone else is out on the town. (<-- and when you subconsciously refer to musicals in everyday speech)

I organised mine just the other day actually, so now all the albums are like:
RENT - RENT Original Broadway Cast
Then the individual songs have the names of the artists in the song (My God that took a long time to do... I had to look up the casts, then work out who was singing in each song and put in the right names xD)
It took ages, but it's lovely and organised now 8) :P

When you make giant spreadsheets to decide which recording of which musical you want to buy.

When you print out the lyrics to In the Heights to study the rhymes more closely.

When you know what a 747 is only because it's mentioned in In the Heights.

When you spend hours researching exactly what NYC show you want to see, present pros and cons to your family over dinner, and show them all the video previews.

I just go to Genres on my iPod, go to Soundtrack, go to all albums and wala! All the songs are chartergorized by the musical.

- When out of over 800 songs on your iPod, more thn 750 of them are Musicals.
