I would love to play Curly and/or Jud in Oklahoma!, possibly both at once to show off my whole range.

Ado Annie- Oklahoma!
Nellie- South Pacific
Liesel- SOM

I'm in Oklahoma! right now, and the girl playing Annie is not very good. Her voice is really untrained and I'm pretty sure one of the only reasons she got it is because she's a senior. Grrr....

... or perhaps I'm just mad that my sad little freshman ass didn't get it. lol

I don't know really, lol. I'd want to play Elsa too, but I guess I want to take advantage of playing Liesel while I'm still young. (Even though I'm 18, almost 19... oh well, I still look 16)

Although I have done Anna in The King and I, I would really like to do the show again and play Lady Thiang just to be able to sing "Something Wonderful. I adore that song!
Always wanted to do Carousel, though at this time of life I'd be cast as Nettie instead of Julie, oh well.

I would love to do Carousel. My high school almost did it last year, but I don't know what they were thinking because we did NOT have the cast for it. We have a grand total of one mediocre male singer, which is not exactly enough . . . :|

I would LOVE to be cast in Carousel!

It's my favorite of the R&H Musicals and definitely one of their most emotional works. So many of the songs have wonderful emotional journeys! (Though, I have to say there are a TON of throw-away songs in that show, too! LOL!)

YAY!!!!!!! Just got cast as Julie Jordan! :)

I'm currently in my first R&H show and am having so much fun!

I'd love to play Wayne Franke in State Fair.

ANY of them! It seems like R&H get the short shrift around here - we'll have the occasional production of Sound of Music or Oklahoma, but NEVER have I seen a production of Carousel, or South Pacific (There was one done years ago, but it was a bust). And we will have The King and I done every 10 years or so - but long dry spells between them. Sigh.
