A few questions about Sunday in the park
I've been listening only to Sunday in the park for a few weeks now

and I asked myself a few questions which I hope you will help me answer.
1) Do you think there is any meaning behind the similitude in the names of Louis and Louise?
2) Why do George never use exactly the same words each time he says "order, design, composition etc..."
3) English is not my mothertongue so I'm not sure about the meaning of "long" in "oh Georgie, how I long for the old view" in "Beautiful". I had the feeling that "to long" can only be used for something in the future, like I can say "I long for an ice cream", but not "I long for the ice cream I had yesterday". If I am right, that would mean that "I long for the old view" is a very interesting line that explains about the role of art and so on. If I am wrong, that line just means that she misses the landscape as it was before. Can you tell me exactly how "to long" is used here?
