I just scored the part of Gertie Cummings in our school's upcoming musical, but I don't know that much about her. Help! What exactly does she do in the musical? What's her character like? I know she has an obnoxious laugh but i have no idea how I would do that. Got any ideas?

Your director will help you with things like the laugh, etc.. gertie is a snotty,obnoxious girl from across town..she thinks she is classy but is really rather common.
