Post need HELP picking Character shoes
I have strangely shaped feet- narrow heel, wide toe (duck feet?? lol)
I just need to get new character shoes, cheap, but sturdy. Don't need to be fancy/special/all leather or anything. But does anyone know of a brand that either makes wide sizes (and I can just put some heel grips in) or a brand that is usually more roomy in the toe? My little toesies don't like to be squished! :P

Thanks!

You might want to check out Bloch. Those are what I have, and they are pretty roomy and very comfortable. I'm checking their site right now and some styles (not all) come in wide sizes. So that is what I suggest.

I found some Bloch tap shoes on ebay a few years ago for cheap, but at regular price they're out of my range.

Anyone think that Capezio Jr. footlight are OK? I can order them in a wide, and found a site with free 2 day shipping so I can start breaking them in.

Dance Now makes great character shoes. Cheap, comfortable and last a long time.

Just make sure to order it half a size or so larger than your usual shoe size, because they tend to run small.
