I saw Twilight on Tuesday with all my friends. I thought it was average, with an average cast and average dialogue to match. In my opinion, it took itself perhaps a tad bit too seriously. There really wasn't anything special about it. That's not to say it wasn't entertaining; it absolutely was. It just wasn't anything memorable. Granted, though, I wasn't especially fond of the books. That might have something to do with it. 3 out of 5 stars.

Another I saw recently is called Blind Dating. It's Blind Dating the story of a blind twenty-something named Danny whose brother constantly tries to set him up with various clients of his (he runs a limo service.) Meanwhile, Danny is falling in love with an Indian girl - Leeza - whom due to religion and family tradition has already been betrothed to another. As if that wasn't enough, Danny is also applying for a somewhat risky surgery that may give him back his sight. Blind Dating is cute, fun, and entertaining, with a perfect cast and a great storyline. As the name might suggest, it is also a perfect date movie. 4.5 out of 5 stars.

Hmm, that's too bad. I was looking forward to seeing it!

The last movie I saw in theatres was Madagascar 2. Go see it! It was soo funny. I definitely don't remember the first one being this funny. And there are at least 3 or 4 MT jokes thrown in there, too.

Before that was HSM3. I know, I thought it was going to be unbearably awful, but it was somehow entertaining, despite me hating the 1st one, and never having seen the 2nd one. But then again, my three friends and I were the only people in the theatre, so we provided running commentary. Which probably made it more fun.

I also recently rented Penelope. It's a really great movie - good enough that I watched it twice before returning it. I definitely recommend it.

Oh, and I have a question, since I'm kind of on a movie-buying frenzy right now, since everything is on sale. Is Happy Feet worth $3.99? I've wanted to see it since it came out, but have never gotten a chance to.

Four Christmases: It was your typical, run-of-the-mill modern Christmas movie. Kristin Chenoweth was definitely a plus, but Reese Witherspoon and Vince Vaughn make a really odd couple. But overall, it was better than I thought it would be. I'd say 6/10.

I agree 100%
this was the last movie I saw as well.
It just seemed so confused with itself, like it didn't know what it was trying to be.

And I really had to pee but I kept waiting because I kept thinking it was over but then more unnecessary stuff would happen

I'm a documentary junkie. The last one I saw was "For the Bible Tells Me So." Seriously, it's wonderful. HIGHLY recommended.

Here's the trailer...

Funny Games - It was very predictable and moved so slow. It was a 10 minute plot drawn over 2 hours.

I have HBO so I watched Sydney White. It was kind a of dumb take on Snow White and for some reason Amanda Bynes looked some unnatural orange color. (maybe it was my tv though) I'd say it was a pleasant way to spend down time. Was very predictable, fluff.

27 Dresses I watched this again. Nice fluffy romance. Again very predictable but it was kind of cute. A pleasant way to spend an afternoon.

I was going to go see the Changeling with my friend but I had a headache. Is it worth going to see?

Okay my turn!

Quantum of Solace- that it was okay, but I never was a fan the of the "reboot" series because I felt they took it self to seriously(I grew up watching the older bond films)

The Tales of Hoffman- yes I'm meaning the Opera and here's what I have to say....Please track this movie down! It is worth every cent! It's from the director's of the Amazing film, The Red Shoes....It has Robert Helpman from Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, Robert Rounseville from Candide, Moira Shearer, also from the red shoes, the set designs are breathtaking to look at, and the music as always, beautiful! Just please look for this one!

Last night I saw Zach and Miri Make A Porno with my friend. I was a tad aprehensive about seeing it at first, but was pleasantly surprised. Obviously, it's crude, yet underneath that is a pretty decent story about friendship. There was one scene that was a little too much, otherwise it wasn't too bad.
