The moderators invite members to ask their questions about the forum and the running of the forum [style, moderator duties, appearance, content, etc]. To do this, please send a private message to the moderators of the appropriate forum [see below].
You can ask whatever you want as long as you ask in a polite and constructive way. Only polite and constructive messages will be responded to and rude, condescending, destructive criticism and/or personal attacks will be disregarded.
In return for your questions we respectfully thank you and undertake to listen to and answer all your points. We will then come back to you with an answer within roughly 48 hours. We cannot always guarantee a very speedy answer, as things will be taken seriously and discussed in the Admin forum before we can reply, but we will answer as soon as we can. If it is going to take longer, we will inform you as close to the 48hour limit as we can.
Please do not start threads or post requests or comments on the main forum. Posts about this subject on the forum will be edited, politely asking you to PM your comments as above. New threads will be locked for the same reason and again you will be respectfully asked to PM the moderators about your issues.
