Never been on that thread before !

Actually, I've just been cast in 3 different productions near Nice, France.

- Chorus member for "L'Elissir d'amore" from Donizetti, opera written in 1832. That's a small chorus with only 12 members. That will be on an open air stage in a typical Provence village.
- Ensemble member in "La vie parisienne" from Offenbach, an operetta written in 1866, and very well known in France. That will be in the Opera House in Nice.
- Ensemble member in "No, no, Nanette" from Vincent Youmans, musical written in 1925. That will be on a smaller stage in Nice.

That will be great !

Hou là là... C'est magnifique !

#Cliché

Oh and yes, it will be all in French. I'm quite curious to hear how "No no Nanette" sounds in French... :-k

This is a bit late, but 3 months ago I received word that I will be playing "Enjolras" in one of Canada's first non-school productions of Les Mis :)

Just got cast as 'Priest' in Our House (jukebox musical based off the music of Madness). I have no idea what this part entails or whether I even have more than one line. I've seen the musical but I don't remember this part; so that says alot...
Oh well, I only really auditioned to get on the company's radar for next year's production. They might be more inclined to go with someone they've worked with before.

I love "L'Elissir"!! Congrats!

I was just cast as Tybalt in "Romeo and Juliet" not a musical, but still summer work!
