Post Stage Size
I am thinking about directing this show for a student production. Our stage is pretty small. Has anyone been in a production of wss on a stage that was less-than adequate in size? How can you compensate for this as far as dancing goes? I'm just wondering how much the choreography can be adjusted to compensate for space.

If you have a small stage this may be a bad choice because this show is big on danceing you may know. And if you have how many actors could be trouble. I reccomend something with less movement.

Post Thrush
I just was apart of the great musical West Side Story in the Thrush Stage with a n auditorium of 180 seats. IT WAS AWESOME the rumble and all the fighting was right in the audiences face and I feel it really brought them into the show emotionally and physically (only two audience members got kicked/punched, don't worry there was no doctor needed) but definitely go for it
