True, but I think it's quite popular among Amateur Operatics (I dunno what American's call them.)

I know, I had to force my mom to take me to a show before because she thought it was an opera version of the show.

She's not very "artsy".

I actually prefer not to call it amateur theatre. The word "amateur" just seems to bear an insulting tone to it. Instead, my friends and I prefer to call it community theatre

I totally think that would be a great idea. I thought of that a while back, and now my school is changing it into that. (I doubt its illegal, dont tell me!) I'm Rose, so I' excited. But I dont think it'll turn out good b/c our sets suck. Maybe we'll do good this time!

I could definitely imagine it happening but please, please. Not another movie based musical.

It would be interesting if it ever did happen Yeston's Titanic falls like his Phantom to ALW {Popularity wise}. (Is Yeston's Phantom actually any good?)

Far superior. With work like NINE and TITANIC, do you expect any less from such a composer?

I don't want the film messed with. I love the musical, and I love the movie. I don't want one made based off of the movie. Besides, we already have "The Unsinkable Molly Brown" as well.

LOL, a theater should make a musical based off of the movie. Then they could have "The Unsinkable Molly Brown", "Titanic", "My Heart Will Go On", and something else as their season. They could keep most of the sets, j/k.
