Post Glenn Close book?
I own a book called "Sunset Blvd. - From Movie To Musical" It's about the London cast and how it was written. Was a book ever released about The American Cast?

No, there was never a book written just baout the American Version of Sunset Blvd. but there is a very good book called "Close Up on Sunset Boulevard" which is mostly about the movie but the last few chapters cover the musical from being written all the way through it's Broadway run.

Interestingly I was responding to the first post so don't think there's any need to be so rude - you'd be surprised after 7 years of working on sunsets worldwide the things I could tell you. Shame people have to be so rude on these boards but then small minds etc...
