Post please help me! Info on Erma
I just got cast as Erma in an upcoming production of "Anything Goes". I don't know much about her except for that she sings "Buddie Beware" and is cute. Rehearsals don't start for a while and I need some info! Thanks so much!

G'day to a fellow Aussie!

Erma is not only cute, she's sexy a well. She flirts shamelessly with the sailors, and is very confident in herself.

"Buddie Beware" is a great song - a real belt. I was in the sailor quartet who are with her for that song and we had a ball.

BTW, if you are interested in the Australian Musical theatre (amatuer & professional) check out http://wayakka.proboards18.com. You can even plug you show there

Buff :D

Thanx for the info! I just stared rehearsals and its looks set to be a fun show!. Erma seems fun and a good character to play!. I wonder if anyone knows anything about the character of "Bonnie"? What is the difference between Bonnie and Erma? Hmmm...

I recon Erma's a better character than Bonnie, but I know the '87 version better than the '60s one

I think just Buddy Beware, though maybe she sings Let's Step Out as well.

In the 87 version (I'm in it right now), Erma sings Buddie, Beware; and that's it.
