Post Garden Transformation Staging and My Mary
Currently working as Stage Manager on this production at Falmouth Theatre Guild. My 11 year old daughter is cast as Mary and it just has to be the most awesome role for a girl her age. She has such natural talent and is having no problem with the vocals. I'll Post a video from a sing through a few weeks ago. We still have 40 days or so until curtain.

So, looking for ideas to make the dead garden come alive. Anybody have any quick changes to offer?? We have a great set and professional lighting design and the challenge is really about how we are going to make that garden come alive QUICKLY behind curtain!
Thanks,
Mavis

Here is my Mary
song starts about 40 secs in............

We had turned the walls of the garden around: one side was dead and the other side was alive. And we brought in some archways that were also decorated if I remember correctly.
