 Collins/Benny audition
I plan to try out for both Collins and Benny and am considering singing either "Sweet Transvestite" or "Shoes Upon the Table". Are these good choices? If not, what would you suggest?

I'm not super familiar with Sweet Transvestite and don't know the other song at all (usually I'd look them up, but my husband is sleeping!). I can just say that Collins is pretty...blues-y. So whatver has more soul, more.... smooooth, you know?

What MT songs would you suggest that fit that category?

 Re: Collins/Benny audition
"Feelin' Good" from The Roar of the Greasepaint - The Smell of the Crowd comes to mind. It's been covered a lot by Jazz-types, but it's got at its core a very blues-y feel. Although, it's a happy song. I guess that technically disqualifies it from being blues...

In what song and lyric does Collins' A4 occur?

 Re: Collins/Benny audition
What about "Bless the Lord" from GODSPELL? Or now that a year and a half has gone by, do any newer members have any suggestions?
