Post Who did you play?
I was an Orphan/Apprentice/Ensemble.

So basically, I was in both the children and adult ensembles. Least to say, I had a lot to do. So many numbers (FGF, Oliver!, Consider Yourself, Fine Life, I'd Do Anything, Be Back Soon, Oom Pah Pah, Who Will Buy?)! 8O

What about you?

Chor...I mean...Charley Bates. :P

Since I was so tall I was in the adult's chorus too. I think I did all the same things you did, minus FGF and Oliver! I was in Oliver! as one of the guys chasing Oliver but I didn't sing it.

I was Mrs. Bedwin but only because the original girl was kicked out. I was in Consider Yourself and Oom Pah Pah too.

I was an orphan, a pickpocket, adult chorus, and the Milkmaid.

FGF, Oliver, Consider Yourself, Pick a Pocket or Two, It's a Fine Life, I'd Do Anything, Be Back Soon, Oom Pah Pah, Who Will Buy?

Plus, I was also onstage for "My Name" and for the final London Bridge scene.

For FGF and Oliver, I was in my orphan costume.

Then, I had a relatively long time to change into my adult ensemble outfit (which was the same as my Milkmaid outfit, which made absolutely no sense to me) for Consider Yourself.

Then, I had a very fast backstage change into my pickpocket outfit for Pick a Pocket or Two, It's a Fine Life, I'd Do Anything, and Be Back Soon.

Then, I had intermission to get back into my adult ensemble costume for Oom Pah Pah (and My Name, even though I wasn't singing).

My Milkmaid costume was the same, except I had two pails attached to a stick (I don't know what the proper term is) for my giant prop, and a bonnet. So just grab the prop and bonnet and out to Who Will Buy?

By the way, that prop was giant, and whenever I would walk through the crowded backstage areas with it, I'd be saying, softly, "Giant prop coming through, watch out..."

Finally, just the London Bridge scene, and no change for that. I'd put my bonnet on for curtain call, but no giant prop, thank goodness.

To say the least, I was exhausted at the end of each performance.

I'm Widow Corney, a "wench", and the Strawberry Seller. Interesting change from my usual ingenue-ness... But that is quite fine with me.

I just closed a production of Oliver today...I was in the Adult Ensemble, so I was in Consider Yourself, Oom-Pah-Pah, onstage during My Name, and then during the London Bridge scene and the finale.
