I am wondering what the townspeople/chorus do? How big a role is there for the chorus? How many songs do they sing? thanks!

Boys:
Kansas City
It's A Scandal! It's A Outrage!
Entrance of Ensemble
Dream Sequence
Farmer and the Cowman (plus dance)
Oklahoma!
Finale (Oh, What A Beautiful Mornin' [Reprise])

Girls:
Many A New Day
Entrance of Ensemble
Out of My Dreams
Dream Sequence
Farmer and the Cowman (plus dance)
Oklahoma!
Finale (Oh, What A Beautiful Mornin' [Reprise])

A lot of the stuff depends on the director and/or choreographer and what they want. For example, a couple of girls could be added into 'Kansas City', but it could also be executed with just Will, the boys, and Aunt Eller. Also, a couple of other girls come in at the end of 'It's A Scandal! It's A Outrage' and drag the boys off. Overall, it's a really fun show to do.
