Hi, I have started to collect Les Mis memorabilia. I regularly spend time on auction sites looking for items and found this weekend some costume design prints. I have never seen these before and the seller says they are rare. The set are sold by someone in the UK for around $480. There are 4 prints of Cosette, Javert, Enjolras and Lovely Ladies (I am not sure the real name of them will be spammed in this message!!). Has anyone else come across these prints before? Are they worth the investment? Regards J

Re: Rare Costume Design Prints?
Are they credited?
No, I haven't come across any rare costume prints. Sorry, I'm a costuming retard, and not sure if by "prints" you mean patterns or sketches or...?
EDIT: I had a quick look over at ebay and I think I found the costume design prints you're referring to. They're the same ones featured in The Complete Book of Les Miserables/Les Miserables - History In the Making (Enjolras and a different whore one) and on the Les Miserables Interactive CD-ROM (Cosette, Enjolras, Fantine, Eponine, Marius, Javert, Valjean, Gavroche, Young Cosette, and the Students) that I showed y'all in a YouTube video I posted several months ago and is included below.

I say grab them! If it won't put you in the poorhouse.
I wonder if they're the original sketches or just prints, as in copies, of the original sketches. I don't know if I'd ever pay that much for sketches, even if they're from Ms. Neofitou herself, but I'd pay that or more for the actual costumes!
