Here's ours:

Children
Wives
Amazons/Interpreter/Phra Alack
Dancers
Orton/Ramsey
Tuptim/Lun Tha
Kralahome/Lady Thiang
Louis/ Prince Chulalongkorn
Anne/King

I don't agree with the placing of Tuptim/Lun Tha at all. I think that Lun Tha should bow with Ortan/Ramsey and Tuptim should bow with Lady Thiang.

If I remember correctly, although I feel like I'm forgetting someone:

Amazons
Male Chorus
Wives
Children
Phra Alack, Interpreter, Ramsey/Orton(double-casted)
Dancer Leads
Louis, Chulalongkorn, Ying Yaolawk(she also played Buddha, but then left and gave the boys a handshake to themselves)
Tuptim, Lun Tha
Kralahome, Lady Thiang
Anna
King

Unless you have a "star" in a role order should be

Ensemble
children
wives
Ballet principals (this can be a step out recognition from wives and children too)
Capt. Orton/Edward Ramsey/Phar ALack
Louis/Prince Chulalonghorn
Tuptim/Lun Tha
Kralahome/Lady Thiang
Anna/King

You can split the last 6 in the following order if you want to have single bows, Anna should have the last bow, she does have the largest role, over time the King was given more preference mostly due to the role being played by a star.(YB)

Kralahome
Lun Tha
Tuptim
Lady Thiang
King
Anna
