^ "Could We Start Again, Please?" has been a standard part of stage productions since its addition to the Broadway version in 1971, and as such appears in the Stratford production. "Then We Are Decided" has appeared sporadically, mainly overseas, rarely in the U.S. (and when it does, the copyright holders, who apparently aren't the Really Useful Group, metaphorically throttle whoever includes it), and is not in this production.

Brent Carver won't play Pilate at LaJolla?? Does it mean he won't be in the production when it'll transfer on Broadway in March?

I had been looking forward to finally seeing Brent Carver in person, but since I've loved Jeremy Kushnier in pretty much everything I've seen him in, I can't say I'm disappointed.
