Maybe you should go for more of a Michael Ball feel instead of a Ted Neely. He does, after all, have a unique voice.
Other than a few pitch problems, which could be solved with some more practice, it could actually be a good rendition.

I can't have a listen to your track here at work, but just wanted to comment.

"Gethsemane" isn't exactly a song that separates a baritone from a tenor. It only goes to about a G or an Ab full-voiced, and those notes are within baritone range. I'm a baritone, and I can sing "Gethsemane" with all the falsetto embellishments. This one song can hardly provide an indication, as it's truthfully not as rangey as many other songs by tenor roles.

The true test of a voice is the range sung most consistently and comfortably. I'm a baritone because G2-G4 is best for me, even though I can sing a tenor role's song.

Do you mean the High Gs on the lyric "Have to know, Have to know my lord" or on the oft- screamed "Why should I die?" The first of which I write is G4, whereas the second is G5. I daresay most guys have to go falsetto scream for the G5. Do you mean you have the scream in full voice?

Sorry to say, but you are very flat much of the time. And it doesn't sound like an interpretation, it actually sounds like you're breathless. Although you have a cool voice, but you really need to practice technique. And for the record, you don't use full voice on the G4, you don't even sing a G4.

Although there are flaws you have a great voice. You just need to learn how to use it in the right manner, you need a vocal teacher who can teach you some breathing techniques to make sure you don't fall flat.

From the track, it sounds like you're a light baritone or perhaps a low tenor, you have a certain light sound in your voice, while you still sound best at the lower parts. I have no doubt that you may pull of tenor songs with some technique training, but I think your voice suits baritone songs better, which I really envy you!
