I might be auditioning for J&H next month and I am a non singer (love musicals, can't sing, so I go for the interesting non-singing roles)

Can anyone give me info on the character of Poole? The Butler/Manservant? From what i've researched, he doesn't sing at all, but seems like a fun part. Is it a good role? It seems about medium sized (not that it matters, I don't want a lead role, but would like a decent amount of recognition)

Has anyone ever played this role or was in the show and can tell me about the role of Poole and what exactly he does in the show?

I've also noticed the roles of Lord Glossop and Savage as non-singing roles too. Can anyone tell me about those roles? I may audition for them too, but for some reason Poole seemed like a fun character and I've played a Butler before and loved it.

Poole is a great role! He's one of a few people that Jekyll can confide in.
