Post Favourite Song in ANNIE
What is your favourite song in Annie? Mine is "NYC". I think it is a travesty that the song was cut from the 1982 film version and was glad to see the song in the more recent television film. It's a fantastic song in the "tribute to a famous city" genre and I think it is the best production number in the show.

For me it's "Little Girls", but I think that the actress makes or breaks the song.

I like "We'd Like to Thank You" because it is enjoyable how they inccoperate it with the great depression.

Not my favorite show but it does boast a few strong numbers:

"We'd lIke to Thank you Herbert Hoover"

"Easy Street"

'Something was Missing"

"Little Girls"

and yes..I agree with everyone who lies the song "Sign " from the film.
Albert FInney and Carol Burnett are perfection there!

The only songs in this show I can stand are Easy Street and Little Girls. And like someone says, the Hannigan can make or break that song.
