It seems like I'm the only one who voted for the 2007 revival recording. I love Raul Esparza and I also prefer the more modern, cabaret style orchestration as compared to the OBC. If you ask me about songs not song by Mr. Esparza, I generally like the OBC versions better, in particular "The Ladies Who Lunch."

I've just started listening to Company and started with the Esparza. I loved the sound of it. Then I started listening to the others - they are just _so_ 70s it's distracting. Having said that, the Esparza/Doyle revival style does clash a little with the retro multiple-partner sentiments of the book.

Another Hundred People in the Esparza is a bit hard on the ears!
