Post Company's strongest aspect
Fans of the show seem to be fans of either just the book or just the score but hardly ever both. What aspect do you consider to be the show's biggest strength? Or are you the exception to the rule and like both equally? I say the book, all the way, although if it wasn't for "Barcelona", Company just might have been Sondheim's only flawless score.

Exception to the rule; like both equally and I think it's a totally inane position to separate the book from the score and favor one over the other. I listen to the score a lot more, but I listen to the score of any musical more than the book, because it's more compartmentalizable for everyday listening. Also, get out of here with your dumb Barcelona hate.

I agree with 3KidsOr4. It's probably one, if not THE show, that I've watched most (via recordings). I can just pop it and watch/listen/let it play in the background.
