You may have more luck and responses if you post this in the Audition song thread.

It has a lot of songs for sopranos and helpful people who respond with smart choices. :D

Recently: Judas in Jesus Christ Superstar

^Thank you, sweetie! :)

I was going to post...

"We get them so much in fact, that we have an audition song thread sticky at the top of the auditions page!" :)

The first couple of pages have some lists of good songs.

Also...Welcome to the boards! :)

The lovely RobinFlamingo made this for me! :)
May she rest in peace...I miss you, you big beautiful bird, you!

Ok...hear comes advise from you're good friend Sweeney!

So you're range is huge right? Of course right! The show is R & H right? Of course right! So, what we need to do is find you a song in the style of R & H that also shows off you're range. We also can't use a song from the past few years or an overdone song. We also can't do a song from a show the director doesn't like or one that she loves.

Suggestions on Songs to Look at:
"I Loved You Once In Silence" from Camelot (Although she is not crazy about that show...)
"Far From the Home That I Love" from Fiddler On the Roof
"Look to the Rainbow" from Finain's Rainbow
"As Long As He Needs Me" from Oliver!
"I Don't Want to Know" from Dear World

Tell me if this Helps!
