Post A New Jellicle (Hi everyone! I'm new. :D)
Hello Everyone!
I'm Liz, I'm from the Philippines! I'm currently a High School Senior.
I'm a Soundcloud / Youtube Coverist, as well as a fanfiction writer.
I've seen the film as well as a number of performances from different countries via Youtube -- but I have never seen it live. The very sad truth for me is: the show did have a tour here (The Asia Pacific Tour '09-'10), but I wasn't as interested in it as I am now.

(Look! Cassandra's trying on Victoria's costume!xD)
I am in love with CATS and I dream that one day, I'll be able to perform it. I know, I know, there are supposed to be High School productions -- sadly, my current school doesn't take interest in such activities. (I hope I'll be able to do it in workshops and in College though). But I do enjoy watching CATS and I'm so happy to be part of the fandom.

I hope you're all well! :D

Welcome.

Hoping you and yours are well too after the islands were run over by the typhoon.

Although seeing the show via media is okay, a live performance witnesses the magic personally. In media such as the video and the YouTube shorts, you only see what the camera records. At a live show, you are the camera and you can train your attention on whatever you want. Some people see the show several times just to experience all the action taking place - centrally and in the background. As soon as the Pacific calms down, I hope you can find a performance somewhere close to you.

Thank you for your concern! :) It's highly appreciated! :D Thank you for the warm welcome as well!
I do also believe that the real magic happens in the theater, I do wish that there could be another Asia-Pacific tour (Me and my cousin would love to watch. :D)
