I'm not gonna lie, I think I'd rather watch "Grease: You're The One That I Want." The Oscars are so boooring to me, and so long. Until I'm up for an award, I'm not going to be all that interested. But I like watching the performances on the other show; I'm a sucker for "reality' TV. Haha.

I think I'd rather go for a nice walk. Dinner would add a lot of pressure to have intimate conversation, whereas with a walk you could always point at the things around you... You wouldn't have to worry about running out of things to talk about. Plus dinner lasts long, but a walk could be cut short if you don't like the person! Ha.
