You'll probably have Anthony Galde and Sean McCourt (original Witch's Father, Guard to the Emerald City). They're great!
I hope you know you don't actually go backstage. But you do see a museum of Wicked artifacts (props and costumes, including Idina and Kristen's dresses) and an informative video on how the show comes together and other stuff.
They also show you how the monkeys' wings work. It's really cool.
Also a Q and A session at the end.
