Which way's the partyI know it was replaced with the undebatably better "Dancing Through Life" but does anyone hereprefer the original? It's more upbeat and jazzy I think... Does anyone have the lyrics for it as well?
Also is there evr a chance that they will record "The Wicked Witch of the East"? because right now all there is, is some filmed versions on youtube.
Sorry for being so ridiculously stupid and niave...

I saw Wicked pre-Broadway and "Which Way Is the Party" was completely silly. I don't care for "Dancing Through Life" either, but it's much better.

Most of WWtP disagrees with me, but I have to say, I think the integrated dialogue and the ending are much better.

What was the preview of "Wicked" life compared to the later productions? If you've seen them.

I saw the show in San Francisco from the mezzanine and on Broadway from a lotto seat, so first off, my physical perspectives were VERY different. I wasn't really taken by the show at the beginning in SF -- I could tell it had a ton of potential but there were several slow spots, the score was okay, and Robert Morse was awful. What I saw on Broadway later was still not exactly my cup of tea, but it was fun to see how much tighter and more focused the show had become in a few years. (I'd kind of stayed away from the hype in between. My friend and I entered lotto for kicks, not expecting to win.)
