These are home-made headshots, taken today.
They are not important but I'm taking one to my audition tomorrow for information, not because they have asked for one.

Which one do you think is best and also how old would you say I look in them? I know most of you know my age, it's how old I look that I'm wondering about. Thanks.

I like the bottom one best because it shows how long your hair is. Long hair makes people look youthful. If you want to go for a younger look, use the one with long hair.

It is all about the eyes, forget about any other feature, the eyes capture most peoples attention. Go with #2

It just drew my eye a lot more than the other two. I do believe the first one makes you look old fashioned, and the last shows your.. uh.. assets.. a little bit (not that it's a bad thing, but if you wanna impress the people a bit it's best not to go booby flashing - no matter how much is showing)
