Hi everybody, I have a question. I'm going to be auditioning for this show soon and I don't know which part would be best to go for. I'm a 21 year old female, by the way, quite a good singer, pretty strong actress and a very poor dancer.

Well, Adelaide is a heavy dance part. Sarah Brown is a high soprano part that is often poorly acted. So, I would say Sarah Brown.

Unless you're an alto, then I would go for Adelaide and just wing the dance steps.

Thanks very much for the advice. I think I will go for Sarah. Auditions aren't for a while yet but I thought that I'd decide early. I'll be sure to let you guys know if I get the part.
