Which Part?

Rumor is my school is doing WSS for their show. Based on my previous roles and my picture (the link will be below), which part should I go for?

Previous roles:
Mr. Snow in "Carousel"
Dr. Chumley in "Harvey"
Joly/Ensemble in "Les Mis"
Ed Carmichael in "You Can't Take it With You"
Ali Hakim in "Oklahoma!"

Ulla Dance Again!

You could go for one of the Jets - possibly Action, Big Deal or Diesel. (That's just me going off your pictures). If you're brave enough, you could audition for Tony - but I would definitely go for one of the Jet guys. I was in WSS last year and lots of my friends were Jet guys and they had a blast!

Break a leg on your audition... that is if your school decides to do WSS. Very Happy

What grade will you be in next year? If you are going to be a junior or senior, I can see you as Tony or any of the other Jets.

Yeah, I'm gonna be a senior. I know there are 2 other senior boys who will most likely go for Tony. One has a great voice, but can't act for beans. One is a pretty good actor, but I dunno if he visually looks the part and his voice is kinda rough. I could see myself as Riff, I can do the voice and everything. Maybe even Bernardo if they got dark makeup.

I say go for Riff. He is a great part where you can show off many different abilities.

I'd say Riff...you kinda have his look-ish

I could definitely see you as Riff..especially if you have dance ability..it depends on your vocal range and type also acting..if you are really good at hamming things up/ have a baritone voice and good dancing ability go for Riff or one of the other Jets..or even Bernardo..but I don't believe he sings that much..if you have more of a lyrical tenor singing voice and are really good at the romantic lead you'd be perfect for Tony! good luck!..and let us know..you have a good shot at gettign a really decent role if you're going to be a senior : )
