I have auditions soon for a high school production of Guys & Dolls and I have no idea as to which part I should audition for. I know I would have fun with either Adelaide or Sarah, but there isn't really a song I could use to audition for both at the same time. I'm a mezzo soprano, but lately have been feeling very comfortable singing first soprano parts. My range goes from about a low G to a high E flat. I'm about 5"7 with brown hair. I'll add a picture. try somethingl ike "my boyfreind back home" or "satin and silk" both by Cole porter. they show a good mid vocal range and also can work well for both characters.
