Lady Jemima

Which one is in the US tour-- Jemima or Sillabub?

I think the title of my post just about says it all! Wink
Roxanne

She's dubbed Sillabub in the US Tour (and on broadway). The way I've seen her played, she's always been a lot cheekier than the quiet, pensive London/video Jemima type. Very cute to watch. ^_^

Now that I know she's played cheeky, I'll enjoy the show more. See, when I saw it in February, I knew that it would be a Sillabub, but I thought she'd just be a mirror of Jemima. Wrong. She was very very cute and lively, and I enjoy her personality more than fragile but lovely Jemima. But her voice was so annoying. Very shrill and nasal.

So she's wearing the yellow Sillabub costume, not the typical black/red Jemimia?

I wish. The yellow Sillabub costume is gorgeous. However, Sillabub is only yellow in Japanese productions, as far as I know. American Sillabubs have a rather similar costume to a London Jemima... generally black with bits of a dark red... Sillabub has a bit of brownish on her, too.... but she has armwarmers and legwarmers, rather than gloves and legwarmers. But she's very fluffy, quite cute indeed.

I seem to recall her being pinkish rather than dark red, actually. 'Course, I also seem to recall the same thing for Bombalurina and even Skimbleshanks, so maybe my memory ain't trustworthy.

I actually seem to remember Sillabub as orange-ish... actually, I'm probably thinking of the German shows Razz. Yea, she's pinkish and brownish...

I really dispise US Tour Sillabub... but I've expressed this before.

Here are a couple of pictures of Jacqueline Stedman as Sillabub. She was Sillabub from October 2002 to July 2004.
