Which Character???Hi Names Antonia, (Annie for short lol) and my local theatre group is doing Annie this year. Due to an audition stuff up (long story) the director is feeling extremely guilty that her strongest teenage actor didn't get a lead ... and has offered me the pick of any of the ensemble roles which haven't been cast. I'm a seventeen year old with a range from the f below middle c to the a# 2 octaves above. Which ensemble role/s would be the most fun??? Any ideas??? Thanks

Is the "Star To Be" cast yet? If not, you might want to take that one. It's not a big part, but she has a great solo in the NYC number. Plus you'd most likely also be in the ensemble for the rest of the show. If Star To Be is taken, you might also consider one of the Boylen Sisters.
Then again, those are my preferences ...

If the Star-to-be has been cast, a few of the maids have Ethel Merman-esque solos in "You Won't be an Orphan for Long" and I think some of the Hooverville people have solos. They're fun parts to play.
