Which cats believed in forgiving Grizabella?

I've thought that Jemima/Sillabub weren't the only cats who believed in Grizabella and forgave her. I can see that perhaps Victoria, Tantomile and Mistoffelees also plucked up their strength and forgave her too.
However, could Old Deuteronomy have been genuinely forgiving of her? I hope so, as he was the listening ear to the first instance of her singing Memory. But still I chanced to hear a contradiction because even Old D. perceived Grizabella to be a naughty cat.

Forgiving?

One might say that Demeter believes in Grizabella. Each time the two are near each other, Demeter attempts to touch Grizabella in acknowledgment, but quickly draws away - possibly afraid of being admonished by others and especially by Bombalurina.

Of the others, only the kittens (Sillabub/Jemima, Victoria, and Etcetera) seem to believe in her as well. Everyone else rejects her... Even Old Deuteronomy is unsure until Grizabella makes her final plea. Perhaps, in his meditation upon the Moments of Happiness, he understands and accepts her.

Respectfully submitted,

I agree with Rumblepurr. I think all of kittens believe in Grizabella, because they're young and not yet jaded. I played Tumblebrutus a year ago and part of our character bios had to be on how we felt about the other cats...Tumble is generally pretty happy-go-lucky, so he does not (yet) have any real problems with the others.

I also agree that Demeter may believe in Grizabella as well.
