I am placing an ad for 4 singers for a small specialised group of singers/actors. They have to be able to sing operetta.

If you were me, where and how would you find them? and where would you advertise?

Obviously 'The Stage' will be covered but where else do young singer/actors look for work? I'd like to cover any and every option possible.

I've posted my ads on www.gumtree.com and on MySpace - I've got students from both! They're both free, so it can't hurt!
Can't think of any more off the top of my head, but I do have a friend who knows more about this than me, so if I get a chance I'll ask him.
